Where you apply for a vendor, entertainment, or sponsorship opportunity, we may share the details of your application with the partners responsible for evaluating it. We do not share attendee contact information with sponsors for their own marketing without your consent.

Vendor and sponsorship application records are retained for the festival cycle and for a reasonable period afterwards for planning purposes. Oktoberfest Zinzinnati is a family-friendly public event, but this website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Portions of the festival involve the sale and service of alcohol and are restricted to guests who are 21 or older.
